✅ Permitted Uses

You may use these Designs to:

• Create and sell finished, physical products such as t-shirts, mugs, stickers, tote bags, and other tangible items.
  

• Apply designs to screen prints, DTF transfers, or sublimation prints for resale — no extended license required through 2025 (subject to change at my discretion).

🚫 Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Resell, share, or distribute the Designs as digital files, downloads, or part of any digital bundle.

• Use the Designs to create new digital artwork, graphics, or derivative designs for resale.

• Use the Designs to create logos, branding, or digital marketing materials for any business or client.

• Claim the artwork as your own or use it in AI training, NFT creation, or POD (Print-on-Demand) upload platforms (Redbubble, Teespring, etc.) where files are mass produced.

  🚨WATERMARKS🚨

  ➡️When sharing photos of mockups, transfers or finished products you must put a watermark on top of the design to product it from being stolen. 

  ➡️Watermarked mockups can be found in the group. If you'd like to use them, I encourage you to do so. They are ready for use with a generic DO NOT COPY watermark overlay. 

  ⚠️If caught sharing photos without a watermark, you may be subject to being removed from the group and/or any drives you have purchased with NO REFUND.⚠️

  💡 FAQ

  Do I need a license to sell transfers or screen prints?
  No, during 2025 no additional license is required to sell screen prints, DTFs, or sublimation transfers. (This policy may change in the future.)

  Can I print the design on t-shirts or mugs to sell?
  Yes! You can use the Designs for retail or wholesale physical products.

  Can I make stickers with these designs?
  Yes, stickers and other completed physical products are allowed.

  Can I use the design as my brand logo?
  No. The Designs cannot be used for logos, branding, or any other digital content.
